Welcome to Pingtochat.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our CPaaS platform, APIs, messaging services, voice solutions, CRM integrations, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

  • Voice Solutions (IVR, OBD, Toll-Free)
  • Omni-channel & chatbot platforms
  • CRM and API integrations

3. Eligibility

Users must be legally authorized representatives of their organization. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No spam, phishing, or illegal messaging
  • No misleading or fraudulent content
  • No violation of intellectual property rights
  • No abusive or harmful content

5. Compliance

Users must comply with TRAI regulations, WhatsApp/Meta policies, Google RCS rules, and all applicable telecom and data protection laws.

6. Payments

All services are billed as per agreed pricing. Payments must be made on time. Non-payment may result in suspension. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Service Availability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Performance may vary due to network operators, third-party systems, or maintenance downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

All platforms, APIs, and software remain the property of Pingtochat.com. Customers retain ownership of their data and content.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses such as business loss, revenue loss, or reputation damage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last billing cycle.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, legal issues, or security risks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in Bengaluru, Karnataka courts.
